Merlin IT offer two onsite call out services available to all customers

	Standard call out service
	This service is only available from 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Saturday.
	Support when you need it within normal office hours.
	This service is available to everyone, just call when you need an engineer.
	Out of hours (emergency) call out service
	This service is only available from 6:00pm to 8:00am Monday to Saturday and all day Sunday and bank holidays.
	Emergency support when you need it outside normal office hours.
	This service is available to everyone, just call when you need an engineer.
	Please note:
	Between 6:00pm to 8:00am we are only able to serve customers requesting an engineer and we are unable to answer general enquiries.
	Projects
	This service is available up to 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
	This service is available to everyone after consultation and acceptance.
	All inclusive one-off  fee.
	No call out charges.
	No hourly rates.

If you wish to purchase hardware or software, Merlin IT can supply a whole range of quality hardware and software from the world's leading manufacturers at highly competitive prices.

Important information
If you require a partial or complete reinstallation of your operating system or software, Merlin IT can only proceed if you own the appropriate full software product license(s) and original installation media.
Merlin IT is currently only able to service and assist IBM PC and compatible users.
