PRICES AND CHARGES

Merlin IT offer a simple pricing structure to make our services affordable to everyone.

There are no hidden charges and we do not charge VAT on any of our prices quoted.

Between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Saturday there are no callout charges within the Basingstoke area (10 mile radius).

Onsite engineer rates and call out charges:
	Please note:
	The first hour of labour (or part of) is charged as one complete hour of labour and all subsequent labour is charged per ½ hour (or part of).

	Standard service rate (hourly) = Please call
	Standard service rate (½ hour) = Please call
	Out of hours (emergency) service rate (hourly) = Please call
	Out of hours (emergency) service rate (½ hour) = Please call
	Call out charges (from Basingstoke)
	Standard call out charge (10 miles and under)= Currently free of charge
	Standard call out charge (over 10 miles) = First 10 miles are currently free of charge,  thereafter £1 per mile
	Out of hours (emergency) call out charge (10 miles and under) = £30 fixed charge
	Out of hours (emergency) call out charge (over 10 miles) = First 10 miles £30 fixed charge,  thereafter £3 per mile
	Projects
	Fixed fee for agreed work = Please contact Merlin IT for a exclusive quote
Telephone technical support:
	Charged per ¼ hour (or part of) = Please call
	This service is only available to existing customers.

Important information
Merlin IT at present only accept payment by cash or cheque from domestic customers.
Business customers can at our discretion be invoiced according to our terms and conditions.
