On site support *
  Merlin IT is predominantly an onsite service provider with 16 years of experience in the field of onsite IT support.
    Being experts in onsite support, we carry the latest hardware, software and equipment to diagnose and fix your equipment onsite.
   

There are occasions when equipment may be taken to our workshop e.g. technical complexities, data safeguarding and safety concerns etc.
     
Telephone support *
  For simple matters like password and configuration reminders, minor issues, walkthroughs and technical questions.
     
  Remote administration support *
    This is ideal for configuration and software issues which don't require physical interaction by an engineer.
    These can be one-off sessions or continual access if frequent unattended support is needed..
